I worked exceptionally hard on this film. As a dancer, I wanted to document how dancers function and how they work. I wanted to jokingly emphasize the stereotype that dancers aren't normal people and are standing on their toes wherever they go. So I put here in a full costume, consisting of a bright red leotard and wrap skirt, light pink ballet tights, and her pointe shoes. She's also my best friend, which made it super easy to work with her. Since we're both dancers, it came easily to her to follow my instruction and it came easily to me to tell her what she should do, and determine what was a good shot and what wasn't. It was easy to determine if her turns were good, or if her arabesque was good, and things along the lines of that. (Something went wrong with my final cut pro which made me unable to find my original film, but I can show shots of my winning card.)

I will admit, I never rack my phone, but I don't use it during class because it will benefit no one. I keep it in my bag to conserve my battery power. I also hate my phone being out in plain sight. I can't tell you why, but it's just how I am. It's always tucked away in my backpack, and I don't use it in class. I wait until I'm done with school to answer my texts and snaps unless I'm expecting something really important.

I'm always on time to class and I'm always here. I'm never late and I'm never absent. I always wait to get right to work in case I have questions or Muench needs to talk to the class. But once that's done, I get my mind together on what I have to do and I get right to it. Since I haven't had a group and this film was one I chose to film and edit individually, it was much easier to get all of my work done.
